RALEIGH — Police have made an arrest in connection with the murder of a 26-year-old Raleigh woman.
Police have charged Cedric Terrell, 25, with killing Tammy Allen.
Allen's body was found Thursday morning in a tunnel at Chavis Heights Park.
Terrell is charged with murder, rape and robbery.
