CUMBERLAND COUNTY — Local officers are on the lookout for a woman charged with murder who was mistakenly released from a Raleigh prison.
Daminga Quenita Parker, 28, was charged with murder and robbery in May 1999. She was put on a bus to return to Fayetteville, but now she is nowhere to be found.
The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office says the North Carolina Correctional Institution for Women released Parker accidentally.
Parker is about 130 pounds, 5 feet, 3 inches tall. She has a scar on her left arm and on her neck and goes by the nickname "Dee".
