FAYETTEVILLE — Officials are putting up fences around an I-95 overpass in Cumberland County.
A rock thrown from the Fields Roads bridge smashed through the roof of a passing Ford Explorer last year. Nineteen-year-old Michael Vytlingam is now blind and partially paralyzed from the crime.
Two Cumberland County men are facing charges in the case.
