CHAPEL HILL — Drivers in Chapel Hill will be inconvenienced for a while. A water main break early Thursday morning has a section of one street closed to traffic.
The water main break occurred around 4 a.m. along the 300 block of West Rosemary Street near Breadman's Restaurant. The street is closed from Church Street to Mitchell Street.
Officials say the break underneath the road is undermining its structural integrity.
