FOUR OAKS — No one was hurt in a fire at a Johnston County adult care home early Monday morning.
Fire crews responded around 4 a.m. to Oasis of Four Oaks.
The Johnston County Sheriff's department says residents were evacuated.
At this point, investigators think it was a fire of mechanical origin.
