FAYETTEVILLE — A truck driver who officials say caused a major traffic backup in Cumberland County Saturday will have to go to court.
The Highway Patrol says Nathaniel Williams, 33, is charged with reckless driving.
The propane tanker Williams was driving overturned, forcing U.S. 401 to close for nearly 12 hours.
About 50 families who live nearby were evacuated as crews cleaned up.
Williams was treated for minor injuries.
