FAYETTEVILLE — Police say that Fayetteville's "Bubble Gum Bandit" is behind bars.
Jonathan Speight is being held on 20 counts of felony breaking and entering. Fayetteville police say Speight broke into dozens of bubble gum machines to steal the change inside.
He was arrest Friday night after a break-in at a lingerie shop on Sycamore Dairy Road, where a bubble gum machine was destroyed.
Police say that more charges are likely.
