RALEIGH — Officials at Dorothea Dix Hospital are breathing easier after finding out they will not lose federal funding.
The Raleigh psychiatric hospital was in danger of losing more than $48 million in federal funding after inspectors found unsafe practices.
The hospital submitted a new plan to correct prescription errors, which satisfied federal regulators.
