CARY — WRAL-TV news anchorPam Saulsbyis one of nine women to receive the Distinguished Women of North Carolina Award.
Lt. Gov. Beverly Perdue presented the awards in a ceremony in Cary Thursday night. The event was sponsored by the N.C. Council for Women.
Saulsby was honored for her work at WRAL-TV and in the community.
