Paramedicsfound Green dead Jan. 4in his Fayetteville home. Police say the boy was tied to a chair and his mouth was taped shut as punishment for soiling his pants.

The boy's father, Ft. Bragg soldier Michael Earl Green, and his girlfriend, Alexandra Goehl, are charged with first-degree murder and felony child abuse.
