CLAYTON — A Clayton High School student is charged withthe death of 60-year-old woman.
Police believe Delmonte Jefferson Jr., 17, killed Sandra Manley, 60. Manley's body was found Wednesday inside her home, just down the street from the Clayton Police Department.
Jefferson is charged with murder, robbery and breaking and entering. Police say robbery was the motive and their investigation is not over.
