CHAPEL HILL — Chapel Hill police have tracked down another person they say is responsible for trashing a car on Franklin Street.
UNC student Robert Davenport III is charged with felony rioting.
Partiers were caught on tape overturning and damaging a car after the Duke-Carolina game.
Davenport will be in court Tuesday, along withJames Auman Haltom, who turned himself in on Friday.
