RALEIGH — Road construction may put a kink in motorists' late night commute in Raleigh.
Starting Monday, Capital Boulevard will be shut down from Wade Avenue to Atlantic Avenue from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
On weekends, traffic may be congested in the evenings between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Capital Boulevard is affected so that crews can replace the concrete deck on the Old Wake Forest bridge.
