RALEIGH — Law enforcement officers all over North Carolina will be out in force to make sure you stay safe on state highways.
The spring "Click It or Ticket" campaign is officially underway.
Officers will set up more than 1,000 check points across the state to make sure motorists are wearing seatbelts during the next three weeks.
They will also conduct Safety clinics for child safety seats will also be held.
A word of warning: Governor Hunt says law enforcement officers have zero tolerance for seat belt violators.
