DURHAM, N.C. — Durham Mayor Bill Bell will address issues facing the Bull City Tuesday in his state of the city address.

Issues Bell is expected to address include development, the economy and crime.
The annual address to the citizens of Durham recounts the city's achievements and challenges throughout the previous year and outlines the mayor's goals for the coming year.
Bell, who is serving his third term as mayor, is scheduled to speak at 7 p.m. at the Durham City Council chambers on the first floor of City Hall.
