RALEIGH — A man accused of preying on women in the Triangle is confessing to another attack.
Wednesday morning, Robert Pratt pleaded guilty to robbing and kidnapping a realtor in Durham last year.
The victim says Pratt fondled her in a house she was trying to sell.
"He did pull out a black gun, a flat one, and he showed it to me from the left and said 'This is a robbery. Don't fight me, and you won't get hurt,'" said the victim.
The judge sentenced Pratt to a maximum of nine years in prison. He is already serving time for a similar assault in Cary.
He also faces charges in a 1995 rape in Duke Forest.
