RALEIGH — This is a story of perseverance.
Andy's Pizza opened for business in North Raleigh. Then it was hit by a fire in February, 1998.
Andy's Pizza re-opened. December 1998, it was hit by another fire.
And Monday, Andy's Pizza will have itssecondreopening.
The shop is also getting a facelift.
Owners of the building rededicated the business today.
It was a fire at the nearby Eckerd's drug store that damaged Andy's in December.
The owners of Andy's Pizza have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in repairs.
The pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, onions and other toppings are being readied for more pizzas -- and one more opening Monday morning.
