RALEIGH — The Highway Patrol is waiting to charge two suspects involved in an early morning chase and crash in Raleigh.
Troopers say they spotted a stolen vehicle on Capital Boulevard.
The two suspects led officers on a chase driving the wrong way on Wade Avenue before crashing into a guardrail.
The driver was thrown from vehicle.
Both suspects were treated and released from a local hospital. Their names haven't been released.
