WAYNE COUNTY, N.C. — An 11-year-old was found, bound with duct tape and raped. The suspect was later found unconscious in a cemetery after apparently trying to overdose on pills. Wayne County deputies say those are the strange events that led to the arrest of Keith Lewis.
Lewis was charged with kidnapping and rape. He was arrested at the Wayne Memorial Park cemetery in the Mar Mac community, where he was found passed out in his car.
