Decision On Charges In Clayton Wreck To Come Next Week

Teen's Death In Crash Brings Graduated Licenses Into Spotlight

State troopers say they'll likely decide next week whether to file charges in a wreck that killed a Clayton High School student.

Leah Boykin, 17, died in the crash. Two other students, including the driver, are in fair condition. The 64-year-old driver of the other car also was treated at the hospital.

Troopers say Brandy Lee was driving too fast for conditions, crossed the center line and caused the accident.
