FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Cumberland County sheriff deputies arrested a Fort Bragg soldier and charged him with the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Joseph Jackson Hazelett 31, Hope Mills, was arrested on Thursday after investigators searched his home and discovered pictures of nude and abused young children.
Hazelett was placed in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $5,000 unsecured bond and later released.
