RALEIGH — Raleigh police are looking for a man who shot a teenager while he was a passenger in a cab.
Police say 17-year-old Thomas Andrew Cox asked the cab driver to pull over on Lenoir Street in Raleigh. When he did, a man approached the cab and shot Cox in his thigh.
The driver was not injured. Cox was in critical condition, but is expected to recover from his injuries.
