Raleigh police arrested a teenager on Wednesday in connection to the death of a 13-year-old girl earlier in the week. According to the Raleigh Police Department, Mykia Daniel, an eighth-grader at Ligon Middle School, was shot and killed on Monday in a north Raleigh Apartment. Police said the investigation is ongoing and more information will be released at the appropriate time.

<b>INDIANAPOLIS</b> — A Northwest Airlines flight from Charlotte had to make an emergency landing after several passengers got sick.

The plane was on a scheduled flight to Minneapolis Sunday night but was forced to land in Indianapolis after passengers and crew members got dizzy, nauseated, and disoriented.

Mechanics haven't found the cause of the fumes.

All 95 passengers were put on other flights.
