<b>CHAPEL HILL</b> — A Chapel Hill business celebrated its grand opening by giving away its product instead of selling it.

The "Inside Scoop" ice cream store dished out free homemade ice cream all day as part of a fundraiser to benefit the Orange County Foster Kids Program.

Store owners will donate fifty cents for each scoop they give out.

Some customers also decided to chip in. Store owners collected donations while they gave out ice cream.
