Police are looking for Jason L. Tipkin, 19, who is charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, inflicting serious bodily injury with intent to kill. Tipkin's last known address was 2600 Dearborn Drive. Police said Tipkin is believed to have been a passenger in a white Dodge Spirit from which the bullets came.
