<b>RALEIGH</b> — The suspect in the murder of a popular local educator is expected in court for arraignment today.

Nathaniel Fair is charged with last month's slaying of Apex Assistant Principal Reubin McNeil.

Fair was arrested about a week after McNeill's body was found.

Fair has denied involvement in the murder. In addition to the murder charge, he also faces charges of kidnapping and robbery.
