WAYNE COUNTY, N.C. — A suspect wanted in connection with a homicide in Wayne County turned himself in to authorities Tuesday night.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office said Andre Todd, 17, shot and killed 21-year-old Jarrett Garner on Jan. 3.
Authorities believe an earlier argument led to the shooting.
