RALEIGH, N.C. — Another man is charged in a deadly shooting in Raleigh.
Authorities arrested 19-year-old David Antunez near his home.
Police say Antunez and 16-year-old Juan Sosa shot and killed Victor Herrera.
Investigators say the shooting happened Sunday night after an argument inside Brass Tap and Billiards on Capital Boulevard. Police say the shooting was gang-related.
