FAYETTEVILLE — A weekend fire has claimed the life of a Fayetteville man.
A home on Chase Street caught fire shortly after midnight.
Three people were inside at the time. One of them escaped without injury. Another also got out, but was burned.
The third person died in the fire.
It took fire fighters several hours to put out the blaze. No word on what caused it.
