Raleigh, N.C. — A man has been charged with one count of indecent exposure after he went to a Raleigh dry cleaners without pants on.
Police arrested Kenneth Lee Wollen after he allegedly went through the Pope's Cleaners drive-through while not wearing any pants. He said he was there to pick up clothing.
Wollen was charged with one count of indecent exposure. He later posted a $1,000 bond.
