NEW YORK — State and federal agents have tracked down a fugitive wanted in connection with a North Carolina crime spree. Curtis Cobbs was arrested in New York this week.
He's charged with murdering a Wilmington woman and killing a convenience store clerk in Lumberton.
Investigators say he committed those crimes along with Bem Holloway, who's also accused in a kidnapping and sexual assault in Wake County.
