LUMBERTON — A rubella outbreak in Robeson County is spreading.
Health officials report that 10 people in the Hispanic community now have been infected.
Rubella is more commonly known as German measles.
The disease cam be extremely dangerous for babies and pregnant women. Immunization offers the only possibility for protection.
