RALEIGH — The National Weather Service in Raleigh issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Southeastern Wake county until 10:20 p.m.. Wake county
Doppler radarindicated a severe thunderstorm northeast of Fuquay Varina moving east-northeast around 20 mph.
The storm will be near McCullers around 9:50 p.m. and Garner and Auburn around 10 p.m..
The weather service also issued a severe thunderstorm watch for several North Carolina counties until 10 p.m..
The weather service said that the storm could produce damaging winds, large hail, and heavy rains. North Carolina counties
