RALEIGH — When Tom Fetzer was first elected as mayor of Raleigh, many people joked that he was "wet behind the ears" because of his youthfulness, but Tuesday morning, those one-time critics would have been right.
In celebration of Cinco De Mayo, Mexico's Independence Day, radio station Mix 101.5 held a "Cinco De Mayor" contest.
Contestants paid money for a chance to dunk Mayor Fetzer in a dunking booth.
All of the donated money will be donated to Duke Children's Hospital.
