RALEIGH, N.C. — Police investigators are looking for a man believed to be responsible for three separate robberies in North Raleigh earlier this month.

Composite and surveillance photos were released showing the alleged robber sought in connection with the robbery of an Exxon convenience store located at 6712 Glenwood Avenue March 16, the holdup of a Blockbuster Video store at 4112 Pleasant Valley Road last Saturday, and another robbery at the same Blockbuster store on Monday.

Police said they cannot positively establish that the same person is responsible for all three robberies. However, investigators said there are similarities between the way the crimes were committed and between the suspect descriptions in each case.

The suspect in each case is described as standing about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds. He was believed to be in his mid-twenties.

Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is asked to call the Raleigh Police Department’s Detective Division at (919) 890-3555.
