DUDLEY, N.C. — Wayne County authorities are looking for a teenager they say shot and killed a man after an argument Tuesday night.
Authorities say they have charged Andre Todd, 17, with murder in connection with the death of 21-year-old Jarrett Garner.
Todd is considered armed and extremely dangerous, authorities said, and is known to frequent Goldsboro, Dudley and the Fremont area. He has recently been known to stay in the area of the apartments on Myrtle Drive in the Mar Mac community.
