RALEIGH — Raleigh police are investigating an accident that involved one of their own vehicles. A police cruiser and another car were involved in a head-on collision on Carolina Pines Road, around 9:45 p.m. Monday.
The officer who was driving the cruiser was shaken up, but otherwise unhurt. The driver of the other car was taken to a hospital.
Police have not released information on whether any charges will be filed.
