FAYETTEVILLE — Flood victims in Georgia are about to get a helping hand from some people in Fayetteville. Two American Red Cross volunteers are driving an emergency response vehicle to Atlanta where the organization has a command post.
The North Carolina volunteers will help hand out food to either flood victims in the Albany area or Tornado victims in Florida.
The volunteers are expected to be gone for three weeks.
