CHAPEL HILL — It may have poured all afternoon, but it was very sunny for UNC basketball fans. They were ecstatic at Sunday's decisive win over Duke, and ACC fever quickly turned into March Madness on Franklin Street.

It was standing room only at restaurants and bars along Chapel Hill's main drag, as patrons let out deafening roars for each basket gained.

And quickly on the street after the final buzzer: t-shirts proclaiming UNC the tournament winners.
