DURHAM — A Durham third-grader won't be returning to his elementary school for the rest of this year.
Officials at West Club Boulevard Elementary School say the boy brought a BB gun to class and threatened to shoot his teacher in the head.
He has been suspended for the rest of the year.
The case has been referred to Social Services.
