Soldier Facing Rape Charge in N.C. Faces Similar Charges in Ga.

FORT BENNING — A soldier accused of assaulting and raping a woman on Fort Benning in February could face a court martial.

Military officials said Spc. Menkaura Moss, 21, of Virginia Beach, Va., who is assigned to the 108th Military Police Company at Fort Bragg, has also been accused of committing forcible sodomy, assault, assault with intent to commit rape and communicating a threat to kill the woman.

Moss also faces rape charges in Spring Lake where police say he attacked three women at an apartment complex.

Moss arrived at Fort Benning Feb. 16 to attend airborne school. He would have graduated from the course on March 9.

Moss has been assigned a military defense counsel to represent him at any future court procedures.

Tired of thoughtlessness, Sodomy is defined as sex either orally or anally. and darleneclark.. as I understand that some vindictive women have cried "rape" as a form of revenge, I highly doubt that 4 different women would fabricate the same story with the same description of a suspect. Luckily, I believe they have DNA evidence so that will take care of any doubts. The problem is, our justice system, or lack thereof, will let him out on the streets in a few years so he can terrorize more women and their children.

Look, darleneclark0204.I was one of the women he attacked and none of these stories are fake. My daughter was standing there crying her head off. How dare you think that any of these FOUR rapes are lies.

Well, he looks like a thug, probably did it and more. If our LEO's are looking at you, it is because you have put yourself in thier eyes. I'm sue he will be found guilty.
