DURHAM — A Durham man is hospitalized with injuries suffered in a Thursday evening fire in his home.
The man was trapped inside his home in the 1800 block of Angier when the fire started at about 9:30. Firefighters were able to pull him from the burning house, but he not before he suffered burns over 80 percent of his body.
The injured man is in Duke Medical Center. The cause of the fire is still under investigation .
