HILLSBOROUGH — An Orange County construction worker apparently damaged a wastewater line, causing 2,500 gallons of waste to spill at the county water plant.
County water and sewer authority workers are at work cleaning the spill, which was contained inside the plant. The line was part of the plant's process system, and was separate from the public collection system.
