DURHAM, N.C. — A man wanted for murder in Durham will be extradited from Colorado.
Last week, Danny Thomas held Colorado Springs police at bay in a three hour standoff. Officers had to use tear gas to get him to surrender.
Thomas is accused of shooting Ralph Joseph in July in the Triangle. He faces murder, kidnapping and robbery charges.
Thomas is expected to be back in Durham sometime next week.
