DURHAM, N.C. — More charges against dozens of Duke University students have been dismissed.
In November, charges against several Duke students for underaged drinking were dropped after a judge ruled ALE agents violated their rights.
The judge found the officers failed to read students their rights and entered the home without a warrant.
The district attorney's office dismissed the current cases for the same reasons.
