RALEIGH, N.C. — Some new Triangle leaders will get their official welcome Monday.
An installation ceremony is set for 7 p.m. in Durham for new City Council member Mike Woodard.
In Chapel Hill, there is a swearing-in ceremony for Mayor-Elect Kevin Foy and new council members.
In Raleigh, Mayor Charles Meeker and members of the City Council will take their oaths of office. It will be Meeker's third term as mayor.
