A Wake County judge offered prayers of judgment to Adam Williams, Christopher Holt and Douglas Driver, meaning if they meet certain conditions, their records will not show the crimes they were charged with, which include stealing items from cars and open garages and selling them on eBay.
Holt has already met the conditions and has been given a prayer for judgment. Williams is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 5 and Driver is expected in court Dec. 12.
Police say the three Cardinal Gibbons High School students admitted to being involved in between 30 and 50 property crimes in the Wakefield area of North Raleigh and stealing items including golf clubs, DVD players and global positioning systems.
