Raleigh, N.C. — A teacher at Cardinal Gibbons High School is finding himself on the wrong side of the law.
Justin Scranton, who is also a track and cross-country coach at the school, has been charged with one count of taking indecent liberties.
Raleigh police have confirmed that the student who accused Scranton is a female.
