Man Shot At House Where Three Were Found Dead

CHADBOURN, N.C. — An argument over the belongings of three people found shot to death in their home last Saturday may have prompted the shooting of a New York man, authorities said.
Authorities said that Tydana Johnson, 30, was shot in the hip Saturday after he went with his girlfriend to collect the belongings of one of the victims.
On Nov. 5, Dennis Inman, 40, his wife Regina, 33, and her brother, Anthony Martin, 35, were found dead in the house where the three lived. An autopsy later showed that each had been shot in the head.
Johnson was treated at a local hospital and later released.
Columbus County detectives are still investigating the triple homicide case and have not said whether they have determined a motive for the killings. Family members of the victims, however, said last week they thought money may have been a factor.
