Posted November 6, 2005

— A former Durham mayoral candidate with a criminal past was arrested Friday on charges of driving with a revoked license.

Vincent Brown, a Republican candidate running for Durham mayor dropped out of last month's election just days after court records became public that showed he had apparently served time in prison for forgery.
